Lincolnshire Drizzle Co. Balsamic Dressing

A rich, fruity drizzle made with 10-year-old oak-aged Modena balsamic vinegar and British-grown rapeseed oil.

Sharp, smooth and full of flavour, it’s lovely over rocket or baby leaf salad, especially with parmesan-style shavings. It also works beautifully drizzled over potatoes or Mediterranean vegetables before roasting, used as a dip with crusty bread, or added to dressings, marinades and glazes.
